Only purchases made directly from our online store qualify for our Returns & Refunds policy.

Changes to Order

Orders may only be changed if the request is submitted and approved prior to the time items enter production.

Returns & Refunds

As items are made to order, returns are not typically accepted due to customer error such as (but not limited to) ordering incorrect size, color, or type, therefore, please be sure to utilize our size charts when placing your order.  If an item delivered to the customer is deemed below set quality standards, Honeybear issues a replacement of the item, not a refund. Please see "Replacements" for more information if you believe your item to be below set quality standards. If neither of these categories apply to you and you believe your item is applicable for a return, please email us at
Return Shipping (if applicable)
If a return is accepted, buyer is expected to pay return shipping. Please send us an email at for instructions on how to address your return. The consumer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities. Honeybear does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, therefore it is encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when mailing returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received an inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of refund. If an item is damaged or defective not due to our means, a partial or no refund may be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be granted within 3 days of approval, however, processing times for the refund to be deposited into the customer's account vary. 
Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was purchased for you as a gift by someone else, shipped directly to you, and marked as a gift at the time of purchase and you qualify for a refund, once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you in the appropriate amount.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased and/or not mailed directly to you, a refund will be granted to the purchaser's account. 

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an item replaced, send us an email at to begin the process of replacing your item. If you are able to take photos of the defective or damaged item and include them in your email, it is greatly appreciated.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.

Honeybear currently makes each item to order, so at the current time, we do not accept exchanges.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Honeybear reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to:

    • potential fraud
    • incorrect pricing
    • available stock
    • non-payment
