Processing
Honeybear is a print-on-demand company. Therefore, we make each item to order causing lead times. 
On average, merchandise is produced and shipped within 4-7 business days after purchase is cleared. Changes in production times may vary due to (but not limited to): weather, seasonal changes, and holidays. 
Customers will receive an email update when items from the vendor Custom Cat are entering the production process.

Shipping
Honeybear offers a standard domestic and world wide flat rate shipping option in which standard shipping/transit times apply (3-10 days for domestic and 7-20 days for international).

When offered, ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping is only available within the Continental Untied States. These average shipping times are as follows:

  • Ground: 1-5 business days
  • 2-day: 2 business days
  • Overnight: 1 business day

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and or International carriers may be utilized.
International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.

Customers will receive an email update when items from the vendor Custom Cat are ready for shipment.

Undelivered or missing items 
We provide domestic tracking on all orders. If an order is packaged in two or more packages, multiple tracking numbers may be provided. Please allow up to 30 days after the date of shipment for an item to be delivered prior to contacting Honeybear Co. 
  • An item is deemed, by Honeybear, as "undelivered" if it remains in one location during transit for over 30 days.

  • An item is deemed, by Honeybear, as "missing" if tracking information has been declared the package as delivered for a minimum of 7 days, but the customer has not received the package. 

As an undelivered or missing item is neither party's fault the customer and Honeybear will each assume 50% responsibility for the items purchased. Honeybear will issue a 50% of the total of items deemed "undelivered" or "missing" refund to the customer's payment method used at the time of purchase in accordance with our Refunds policy.

If an incorrect or invalid address is input by the customer at checkout Honeybear is not responsible for locating and/or the replacement or refund of items purchased.

  • My tracking number says my item was delivered, but I have not received it. What do I do?
      1. Double check the address you have placed your order with is correct. If it is correct, next...

      3. Call your local post office. Explain to them that your tracking number states your package has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it at your given address.       4. Wait. Allow a minimum of 7 days for your package to be delivered to you after being marked as "delivered." If your package is not delivered within the next 7 days, call the post office once more requesting an update on your item.
